The volatility in the month-on-month change is so high that any trend is obscured; even the quarterly changes look random. Should we offer a dashboarding view with longer aggregation windows, or should we investigate whether the underlying data is genuinely this volatile?

Worth noting Mexico and MEA are not measured the same way over the 2010s.
