Looking at the Kraków figures, they deviate consistently from the national total by about 12%, and this isn't explained by the population share. The deviation could represent either a genuine difference in underlying activity or a systematic measurement difference — perhaps different auditing standards or a different treatment of cross-border transactions. Should we investigate the root cause before using this in regional comparisons? See /u/plg_zuri_bolger/p/plot-0023. (edited to fix a unit)
