Why is this chart showing only the top 10 categories? Are the smaller ones genuinely negligible?

Kasper Keller The calculation of the 95th percentile uses all values including negatives, which pushes the percentile down and makes it less meaningful as an upper-bound metric. Should we either report the 95th percentile of absolute values, or should we exclude negative values from the percentile calculation? See /u/plg_nerdanel_greyhame/p/plot-0029.

The cumulative total resets every quarter, which breaks continuity. Should we use a running total instead?
