The tick marks are too frequent.
The Barcelona changeover in methodology was applied retroactively to 2015, which means the 2015-2018 figures are based on a different definition than the earlier years, yet they appear in the same time series. This creates a hidden comparability issue: trends that appear smooth might actually reflect methodological shifts. Should we split the series at 2015 or add a visual indicator?
