source_quality field uses a 1-5 scale but doesn't define what each level means, which makes it hard to know whether a score of 3 is acceptable or marginal. Should we add definitions for each level, or should we just use a binary flag (acceptable / not acceptable)?Should retention be in constant terms for this comparison to mean anything?
