Why is the filtering by
status = 'active' applied before rather than after the aggregation? If we aggregate first and then filter, we'd get different region-level totals. Should we document which order is used, or should we make it clearer in the UI? (edited to fix a unit)Minor: urban share is stale in the tooltip.
