Looking at the migration from the old schema to the new one in 2017, the documentation says "data mapped equivalently," but several fields show step changes at the transition. The fields most affected are
adjustment_reason and source_quality, which were completely restructured. Should we treat pre-2017 and post-2017 as separate series?This lines up with the other chart if you put headcount seasonally adjusted.
