Why is the
audit_trail sparse for the years 2010-2013? There are virtually no revision records for that period, which might mean no revisions occurred, but it's also possible the audit log was purged or the system wasn't tracking revisions then. Should we assume those years are final, or should we treat them as potentially unreliable?Reconciling this with the other chart
